I’m Quanella, most families know me as NannyQ, and I’m a professional nanny, doula, caregiver educator, and parent advocate with years of hands-on experience supporting families from pregnancy through early childhood.

AskNannyQ was created from real life—not textbooks. I’ve worked inside homes, daycare settings, delivery rooms, and family transitions, witnessing firsthand what parents actually need but rarely get explained. My mission is simple: to make parenting feel less overwhelming and more supported.

As a nanny and doula, I’ve helped families:

  • Prepare for newborn care and postpartum recovery.

  • Navigate childcare decisions with confidence.

  • Create safe, realistic routines for infants and toddlers.
